Better for Everyone’s offices are home to a suite of dedicated CATI-stations (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing) meaning we can deliver large (or small) scale telephone surveys on behalf of our clients.
Nobody likes unnecessary phone calls, but people do like their opinions to be heard. At Better for Everyone, we understand this. So for each survey, we design and use a conversational telephone callflow rather than the usual, more interrogative approach. This means we can achieve impressive participation rates whilst collecting the maximum useful data in terms of understanding people’s needs and concerns from a minimum call time.
